Whereas the nutrient level is higher, the nitrate levels are generally lower in these crops. Even studies have shown that these crops have 30% fewer nitrate levels than other crops. Excess nitrate levels can evoke cancer of certain types.

Do you know that organic dairy and milk products contain a high level of omega-3 fatty acids? Also, they contain some higher amounts of vitamin E, iron, and some carotenoids. But organic milk has less iodine and selenium than the non-organic milk. These minerals are extremely important for health. When people are on an organic diet, it benefits their growth immune system and reproduction. Also, organic food consumption causes a lower risk of eczema and allergies in infants and children. However, there is yet to receive any confirmation that consuming organic food reduces the risk of cancer.
