If you can follow it faithfully, you will find that you will begin to enjoy all the benefits of a healthy food list. Just remember that you are in control of your diet, not the other way around.

There are some healthy foods that you can add to any meal. Pasta, beans, brown rice, beans, peas, nuts and whole grain breads are good examples of foods you can include in your serving of breakfast. You can serve eggs on your daily salad or you can serve olive oil pasta sauce. For dinner, serve a chicken breast with a side of broccoli and vegetables as a part of a salad. Your dinner plate will quickly be transformed into a much healthier option than what it might currently look like.

The good news is that the foods that you eat can still have high fat content. Things like olive oil, fats from meats and dairy products, and things like processed sugar can still be very harmful to your health. But, there are healthy options out there like things like whole grain breads, vegetables, and low fat yogurt that will fill you up without sacrificing the taste and flavor of things like cheese, eggs, meat, and poultry.
