  • Spreadable onion and chive cream cheese, ½ cup
  • Sour cream, ¼ cup
  • Chopped fresh dill, 2 tbsp
  • Chopped fresh parsley, 3 tbsp

  • Phyllo shells, 30 mini
  • Thin slices, cucumbers, two small
  • Thinly sliced grape tomatoes, 6-10

  1. First, take a small mixing bowl. In the bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, sour cream, pepper, and parsley together. You have to stir the creamy mixture well until everything is combined.
  2. Next, you have to add salt and pepper according to the taste you want.
  3. Now, place the phyllo shells on a plate first. After that, spoon 1tsp filling that you have just made and put into each shell.
  4. After filling the shells, top them with a cucumber slice, radish slice, and a tomato slice. Sprinkle the dish with fresh herb additionally. Your delicious appetizer is ready to serve.

Creamy Herb Pockets

If you want to make a no-mess appetizer for a get-together, the creamy herb pockets are great. You can serve these bite-size morsels with creamy cheese sauce or artichoke dip. It will enhance the taste of the morsels a lot. As the filling is inside the pocket, it won’t be a messy business for the guests.


  • Reduced-fat cream cheese, 4 ounces
  • Fat-garlic-herb spreadable cheese, 2/3 cup
  • Dried basil, 1 tbsp
  • Half-and-half cream, 2 tbsp
  • Garlic clove, 1, minced
  • Dried thyme, 1 tsp
  • Dill weed, ¼ tsp
  • Celery salt, ½ tsp
  • Pepper, ¼ tsp
  • Salt, ¼ tsp
  • Hot pepper sauce, 3-4 drops
  • Chopped artichoke hearts, cleaned
  • Refrigerated crescent roll dough, 2 tubes
  • Roasted red peppers, ¼ cup, chopped

  1. After taking a small bowl, first beat the cream and spreadable cheese, garlic, and cream until everything blends well. Into the mixture, add the pepper sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper and beat very well.
  2. Fold in the red peppers and artichokes into the new mixture. Then after covering the bowl, put it into the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
  3. Now, unrolling both the crescent roll dough tubes, keep on a surface. Then sprinkle a little bit of flour to make a long rectangle from each dough tube. Roll each of the tubes into 16 by 12-inch rectangle.
  4. Cut the sheets width-wise into three strips and lengthwise into four strips. Now, as you get 20 squares, separate them.
  5. In the center of all the squares, place 1 tbsp of filling. Then fold the square in half by forming triangles. You have to compress the edges to seal.

After sealing edges of the pockets, place them on an ungreased baking sheet. You should be baking the pockets for 10-15 minutes at 350°F before serving them warm.
